Two-Stage Sequential Temperature-Timer
The TST ensures that the temperature of the food does not go above the desired level, preventing overheating and ensuring your dehydrated foods retain their vital nutrients and delicious flavor. Just set the Sedona® to the TST and watch it run in “Fast” mode of up to 155°F for the first few hours, then automatically switch down to “Raw” mode of 118°F or less for the remaining dehydration time.

Easily control the temperature and time located at the front of the unit. The LED Light Display ensures clear visibility, even in low-light conditions.
Dual Fan Technology
You can choose to operate each of its two computer-controlled fans and heating elements independently or simultaneously. This means that less energy is used and the overall noise is reduced when dehydrating smaller batches in the Sedona® Combo.
